10TH Vella terra NATURAL WINE FAIR In barcelona
Since 2016, our fair has brought together outstanding winemakers selected for the quality of their wines, verifying each bottle on display through wine analysis. As the first and only independent fair in Spain, we welcome both wineries with distribution in the country and those seeking to establish themselves in the market.
Year after year, wineries from Catalonia, other regions of Spain, and various parts of the world have found a platform for expansion at our fair. Our event is an excellent opportunity for entrepreneurs and distributors from across the peninsula to start their catalogs, discover new wineries, and expand them.
We act as a key link between wineries, hospitality professionals, and distributors, offering attendees the unique opportunity to taste exclusive wines, many of which are not yet available in Spain. Our event attracts national and European distributors interested in tasting and discovering these exceptional wines directly from their creators.
We will soon publish the lineup for the 10th edition of Vella Terra, and we are eager to welcome our visitors to explore and enjoy these exciting wine proposals.
With your ticket, you’ll have the opportunity to taste hundreds of verified* natural wines on display, presented by dozens of wineries from the most representative regions of various countries. A unique opportunity!
You’ll also be able to enjoy delicious dishes from renowned restaurants in our city, specially prepared for the occasion.
You can purchase your favorite wines directly from the producers at cellar prices. As a gift, take home the tasting glass from this unparalleled international event!
*At the Vella Terra fair, wines from participating wineries are verified through analysis to ensure they meet our standards and provide authenticity and transparency at the event for the final consumer visitor. Our wineries produce wines using their own natural yeasts, without filtering or clarifying, without oenological additives, and with natural sulfites generated during fermentation. In case of adding sulfites, the maximum allowed is 30 mg/l, thus complying with the fair’s standards. More info here.
Note: While conventional wines may contain a maximum total of “sulfites” (SO2) of 200 mg/l, those with organic certification are limited to 150 mg/l according to Implementing Regulation (EU) No. 203/2012. Additionally, organic wines may include other additives (up to 120 permitted) and the use of commercial yeasts.
