Natural Wine Map
Discover the Natural Wine Map: a curated guide to restaurants, wine bars and bottle shops pouring outstanding natural wines.
We’re updating our Natural Wine Map soon with even more restaurants, wine bars and bottle shops serving outstanding natural wines
Over the years, the number of restaurants and wine bars embracing natural wine in Spain has grown enormously, and that makes us incredibly happy.
We’ve always believed that a great wine list reflects a way of understanding gastronomy: respect for the ingredients, for the people who produce them, and for a more authentic way of doing things.
That’s why we created the Natural Wine Map — a curated selection of restaurants, wine bars and bottle shops that share this philosophy and help bring natural wine closer to more people every day.
Here you’ll find some of our favourite places to enjoy outstanding natural wines and great food, both in our hometown and across Spain.

Vella Terra is the only independent international natural wine fair where, in every edition, some of the leading local distributors and several international importers take part. They support the wineries they already represent, discover new projects and build new business relationships. This experience continues year-round at Garage Bar Barcelona, our natural wine bar, which acts as a permanent extension of the fair.
The fair brings together wineries with decades of experience, whose wines are served in some of the world's finest restaurants, alongside emerging producers committed to high-quality natural winemaking. The winemakers themselves present wines made exclusively from grapes grown in their own vineyards using organic, biodynamic or regenerative farming.
Adding to this unique model is our completely independent winery selection and the requirement that every wine presented at the fair is accompanied by laboratory analyses as part of our verification process. This allows us to offer greater transparency, authenticity and confidence to both wine professionals and visitors.
With more than 500 natural wines from over 80 wineries around the world, Vella Terra continues to set new records, edition after edition, for bringing together producers and wine professionals.
At Vella Terra, we verify the wines of every participating winery through laboratory analysis. Our standards require spontaneous fermentation with native yeasts, wines that are neither filtered nor fined, no oenological additives, and a maximum of 30 mg/L of total sulphites when sulphites have been added.
For comparison, conventional wines may legally contain up to 200 mg/L of sulphites, while certified organic wines may contain up to 150 mg/L, and both categories also allow the use of commercial yeasts and a wide range of oenological additives.
A FAIR WITHOUT BORDERS
Over the past 10 years, more than 800 wineries from 27 countries have exhibited at Vella Terra.
We are a global community that believes in change.
